As a Doctor Of Physical Therapy I’ve been helping moms get their core foundation back at all stages postpartum for 13 years. I haven't just been doing it online. I'm in the clinic every day working with patients to help them restore their core. As a mom of 2, not only do I know how it feels working with my patients, I know how it feels myself.
